1. Each occupant 18 yrs. or older must complete their own application and background screening.
2. Application fee must be paid at the time of application submission.
3. Picture ID must be provided at time of application.
4. False information submitted in an application is grounds for denial.
5. Applications will be processed in the order they are received and are processed on a “first come, first complete” basis.
